We Started Doing This 15 Years Ago
As our reputation grew, so did our reach. We started with regional and national clients mostly for lead generation. We also started to hire internally for technical and content writing skills.
We started to work with SMB clients who had stores built on Volusion, WooCommerce and ASP.NET Storefront. We expanded beyond SEO and added PPC Management & Email Marketing to our mix.
We grew our team to include specialists for each marketing channel we focus on. But we still never wanted to become a one stop shop. We focussed on SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Hyper-Local SEO, & Conversion Rate Optimization.
As the number of E-Commerce platforms exploded and the omni-channel stores came to market, our focus shifted more to strategy and not only on implementation.
We hired experts in MarTech Tools, data segmentation platforms, analytics & reporting.
As our clients started relying on us more and more for strategic direction, the fractional CMO was born.
We started offering a full digital channel analysis & implementation strategy for our fast-growth clients. We act as their outsourced CMO, helping them determine how to allocate their marketing budget across channels. Then if they need need help with the individual tasks, our team fills those gaps with our people.
As the pandemic hit, online coaching with Zoom became a new way to share our experience with our customers. We created a course specifically for CEOs and E-Commerce Managers only. The course teaches them on how SEO fits into their marketing mix, how to measure it, set goals, audit their own website, create a content strategy, & who to hire. Basically an SEO Roadmap for them to follow.
